great equipment -- friendly and supportive staff
Fitness classes are free. Discount on kids sports. The swim instructors are fantastic. Family-oriented environment and meets the needs of all ages.
They immediately recognized that our son would do better with private challenger lessons. They have been amazing at getting him to respect the water, as well as to work on learning swimming skills to keep him safe, but also having fun!!
I think they are amazing at providing swim lessons specific to each and every child in order to help them feel confident as well as learn how to swim!
There is always room. Even at the most busy times of the day I can always find an open treadmill or elliptical. The staff is so nice and always friendly. It's a safe place for my teenagers to go for dates. The classes are awesome, I took my first spin class here and will be back for more. There are so many things to do here! We love the NKC YMCA!

The Y has many classes and is very accommodating. They are also very organized.
The only thing we take advantage of is the youth swimming lessons, but they are very organized and accommodating. They have a wide variety of options so there is almost always a chance my child will be get a spot in a class.
Offer programs
Great space and equipment, friendly and helpful staff. The one class that I take (Tai Chi) has an excellent instructor.

So far all the Staff have been very pleasant and knowledgeable and seem to have myself and child in the best interest.And the building is well keep and clean.
