Classes; friendly staff; overall the environment feels clean
Daughter participated in swim lessons. Class size was just right for each student to get individual attention. Instructor provided instruction at each individuals skill level. Daughter always felt safe and comfortable.
Great organization
the hours are great! the blow dryers are awesome and the thing to wring out wet suits, very nice. I think the speakers on the radio are blown, they just aren't very clear. I lost my job in a merger. I have been out of work several months. I really need the Y for stress management. I have ran out of money, and I am pretty much hoping for a miracle to hold me over until I can get a job in community nursing. It has been difficult and a swim every other day is the best thing that has been happening for me,
It was easy to enroll my child in his chosen sport. I had clear communication of what I needed to know.
Great coaches that care about the kids and make learning the game of baseball fun. I also like that it is low pressure and not too competitive.
Is affordable and provides things for senior citizens.
I have commented in the past about the lack of interaction of the front desk staff with customers and it has improved 100% AND it is quite genuine, eye contact, sincere 'how are you' 'good evening' etc. Excellent improvement! No need for excessively personal interest although I do see appropriate, relavant conversations with clients in passing. Great job. Melissa McKim
The kid center is wonderful and always keeps my kids safe, entertained, as well as well staffed! The equipment is very clean and well maintained, I hardly see any out of order signs. Their is always petty of staff and trainers around I can ask for help too!
The classes are great, and their are plenty to choose from too!!

This Y is better than some I've heard about. It's a modern growing facility, with friendly & helpful staff.
I have enjoyed all my kids' activities. Bitty baseball this year at Challenger is not good though. Need backstops,dugouts. Traffic very loud. Why no free soccer balls or baseballs? Bummer.
They are reAly patient wth the kids & teach them a good foundation about the sports for them.
The YMCA provides an extremely well rounded physical and mental health programs for older Americans. They do this by providing a number of challenging physical exercise classes and social activities such as OAL potluck lunch, field trips to local events and current movie showings.

Communication is great. Prices are very reasonable. You don't have to be a member to play! The complex at platte purchase and 152 are amazing!
