There are various reasons my family enjoys the YMCA.
The YMCA fees are on a sliding scale so that I can afford unlimited gym and swim time every month. Ive also used the summer kids camps to keep my active daughter engaged where as if the YMCA didnt have financial assistance she would have been left with no real activities or friends as our neighbourhood doesnt have many kids in it.
After I drop the kids at school I can stop off to join in one of the many classes during the morning before going to work. The extensive list of classes never leaves me bored and so I look forward to coming back each week.
In the evenings, I can return with my kids to swim until close. I can enjoy the sauna and hot tub without them too cause I trust the life guards.
The YMCA is important to my family because we all have health needs and also want to be more social. When we dont want to be stuck in the house we can always go to the Y.

They bad a physical therapist on staff that was able to help me with recovering from a hip replacement that I did not receive therapy for afterwards. It's made all the difference and I am very grateful for helping me get my strength back. Lisa / physicianholistic.com
They are great with the safety in the pool. They are also great at giving individual attention to the children during swim lessons. The instructors really seem to care.

I like everething!! But I woul like if the gym will close more late 9 pm or 10 pm.that will help me more.because that why I cannot go more often.
