I ENJOY WALKING IN THE RIVER WALK. i ALSO LIKE IT THAT THE CLASSES ARE DIFFERENT EACH DAY. IT IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT CAN'T GO A CERTAIN TIME.
THERE SEEM TO BE CLASSES FOR ALL AGES, SENIOR AND CHILDREN.

YMCA is he total package offering more than just a gym. Ymca has an indoor track, swimming pool and offers Bitty Sports for my kids for free for members!

The facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is friendly, which certainly is a reflection on the staff. I'm looking forward to the renovations.

So far what I like is the ease of check in, the convenience of everything, not too far to walk to anything(as I have a bad knee), availability of any equipment I have wanted to use, cleanliness, and the fact that I can just jump off the freeway on my way home from work, do my workout then head home.
Y provides emotional health by encouraging community building through classes and events. Y provides physical health by active exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Y builds community by being open to diversity of race, gender and ages. I am grateful for the Y.

Provides a welcoming and inclusive environment. I am a senior citizen who wants to get in shape but at a slower pace than most other guests. Happily, I have never found any of the staff or other members show any impatience or frustration. Everyone is helpful and friendly!
