There always seem to be activity going on. Sometimes I think it can be too crowded, but I like that the people there span multiple generations and it's very diverse ethnically.

Everything is clean. There is always someone wiping down surfaces and emptying trash.

I love this Y because it is truly a family atmosphere. I see families from all over the world. It is a melting pot at this Y. I am disappointed in the lack of zumba classes available in.the evening time.

The facility and equipment are great. I would like to longer opening hours. Weekend hours in particular are too short.

More than the equipment the people working there makes the difference, daycare is great they gain my trust to take my kid with them and I was able to join some exercise classes. Me and my family was able to join an evenings at the pool.

Karen Jones. I don't know what you pay her, but it is not enough. Debbie and Sherrie always make me feel welcome. We have two autistic children and I feel like the Northtown YMCA is very welcoming and accommodating.
It’s close to work and I don’t have to rush to get to class at 5:30

I love working out at the YMCA. It's nice to see familiar faces in the classes I attend. The instructors are always nice and supportive. Some of the equipment needs to be fixed/updated as classes are getting so large, there hasn't been enough working equipment to go around. Overall, it's a great place to workout.
The only thing I don't like is sometimes, when showering, the water never gets hot; other than that, I love it here! Great sauna temps!
We totally enjoy seeing Debbie at the opening. She is always friendly and really cares about the members.

I've had a very good experience. The facility is clean and has all of the exercise equipment I require; the indoor track is a very nice feature for walking. Parking is very easy. The gym is plenty busy, but accessing machines and exercise equipment is never an issue. Pretty solid technology with the treadmills and other cardio equipment. Big screen TVs with closed caption playing regularly. Very good value for all the Y offers.
Close, clean and well-equipped facility
Get in and out no problems, always equipment available to use when i go. I always get there when Diana area is closed so haven’t checked out that area yet. Has always been clean and friendly. They have area where i Can look over and see the people playing ball, etc. as well. I have already told others about this location.
