I like that you can go online and set up your appointment. You can time yourself walk in and not even have to sit down. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
I appreciate the fact that staff is stable and turnover is not a factor that requires me to be continually try different styIists. I can check if my stylist is working on the app before driving to the store or having to call.
The services offered are very good. I am happy I can get a professional beard trim since trimming the neckline under my chin is difficult to do well in a mirror at home.
