I like the ability to check in online and get status. I like the quality of the stylists - they are uniformly friendly and helpful. I like that you keep a record of what I have done in the past so that I don't have to remember. I like the MVP - it is the one "luxury" that I indulge in.
Walked in without an appointment. The haircutter Jen (I think) took me right in. No wait! I was in and out quickly with a great haircut that I liked! And then I lost my coupon, and she gave me one anyway! This IS the way to treat customers! Thank you, I'll be back and recommending others!
