I went to the Wayne shop twice and both times Monica cut my hair. Monica was next up when I got my 1st haircut. It was so good I had to go back 4-weeks later and see if this was a fluke. It wasn't, been there twice and going back to Monica next time. She will engage in conversation if you want to. You'll get a shampoo and cut in a timely manner yet you won't feel like you're being rushed out the door. Hope this helps, First name removed
