I like that hair wash after the cut. Gets all the hair out so you don't have to home right away to take a shower. The new smelly stuff (lemon grass, tea tree, etc) are nice extra touch, makes the place feel a little more special.

Amazing and friendly service! I brought my little one there who is almost 3 years old, He was not having it and kept moving and screaming. Poojah was very calm and fast, she calmed him down and gave him the cutest haircut, mission accomplished and mom is HAPPY. My other son and my husband go there as well. we love it there!

1 one person though has butchered my hair all 3 times I had her I believe her name was ruby
I would advise to do something about her because at her she botched my top hair more closer to a crew cut the second time the same thing however doused my hair in spray water however did not bother to see the hair was just dripping into my eyes and face without bothering to move that part of hair
And the last recent time was when she split my hair in half then proceeded to cut my hair in a fashion of m shape even though my hair cut recommended biters was 2 on the sides all the way to the part and slight trim on top then proceeds to shift all my hair to the other side. Usually I give a nice tip at all hair places but that was the first time I have much less tip and if I ever have another experience like that again I will not give tip and prefer just a refund

The haircuts are usually pretty good but the pricing is just ok and sometimes the wait is too long.

Even though I was a walk-in customer, I was welcomed cordially, and I didn't have to wait longer. I was lucky. I got a good haircut and a free massage and shampoo as a first-time customer comp.

THERE IS LITTLE OR NO WAIT SINCE YOU CAN CHECK ON THE APP TO SEE THE STORES STATUS. I HAVE HAD MY HAIR CUT BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT GIRLS AND THEY ALL DO A NICE JOB.
