Thank you Monica at Wayne New Jersey Sports Clip location. Wonderful hair cut and prefect service. The location is kept clean, as well.
The stylist cut my hair quite well. I was quite pleased with her cut; however, I was uncomfortable with her demeanor. She seemed to be agitated and, in a hurry to see me off. There was never a welcome smile or any evidence of interest in me as a person.
When she swept the hair cloak from me the cut hairs were all over my shirt and she expressed no concern as I swept them off my shirt. After paying she did not offer me a receipt but walked away back to her chair.
Maybe this was just a bad day for her with other concerns on her mind. I have been a customer of Sports Clips for years in SC and now NJ and I have always been impressed with the professionalism and caring extended to me as a valued customer.
This experience was a noticeable exception.

Mae is an outstanding worker. She was about to leave for the night when we walked in late! She stayed extra for us to cut my son's hair for the start of the school year! She is kind, respectful and truly talented. He work is impeccable and her positive attitude is contagious! You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee! I am glad to have found her for my son!
