I like the delivery of the water softener salt. Our softener is in the basement and the bags are too heavy for me to handle. The delivery man puts the salt in the softener and takes away the empty bags. Very friendly

Ample time is provided when Culligan notifies via email when a delivery is scheduled; delivery
agent calls customer before delivery inquiring if salt is needed; if salt is needed delivery occurs as scheduled. Excellent job.
