The time I was with Culligan was a very good experience. The receptionist, the drivers all wonderful persons, very polite, very helpful,. The , delivery of large and small bottles and the emails reminding me of delivery, if I experienced problems, the problem was looked after immediately.
Unfortunately my aging body was having trouble with bottles, therefore I found another way to get my water.

Nathan kept me informed of his schedule, which is crucial to good customer service. He explained in detail about the regeneration cycles, and added NaCl to the container. We discussed the future deliveries and the amount that would be considered normal use. We also discussed safety, both in the deliveries and in exiting my driveway on this busy street.
