have always gotten good service, people in the office always very friendly
Easy to use online and also have always had good conversations on phone with prompt response. I did not like the new charge for using less then 100 gallons a year(trying to save energy) without being advised of this charge. Never happened before. Paid it but will try to use another 40 gallons before next October to avoid this added fee.

Was able to set up an account, provide requested information to schedule delivery of tanks and connection to standby generator over the phone or internet, tanks delivered as scheduled and generator testing completed so that tanks could be filled and the project completed.
