The service from Superior is excellent. When our furnace stopped working, the technician arrived within hours, not days. Within an hour he had it working and it has continued to work. The office staff who always answers my phone calls (yes, real people) are professional and knowledgeable. Another technician came and disconnected our propane line for our old gas stove since we were replacing it with an electric stove. He arrived on time and professionally completed the job.
You have greatly improved over the previous owners. We are no longer constantly watching our tanks nervous about running out. You have the tanks monitored and fill up appropriately.

I like the automatic refill. I don't have to worry about running out of propane. The one time I had to make a call because of a billing issue the associate I spoke with was polite and helped me resolve the issue quickly.
When I need to contact your office for any reason, Superior Energy is always responsive and professional.
The delivery people run hot and cold (they continually leave my delivery receipt stuck in the crack of the door and it blows down the street!) but overall the office folks are fantastic. I would recommend SE without hesitation.
