The closer was understanding of the client's work related issue, and patiently waited until he arrived. Although the client arrive late, Karen displayed tremendous professionalism as she conducted the closing. She was fantastic!
Love that Capital Title has the ability to allow our clients to close using Remote Online Notary. My clients love this option!

Great Company.
Capital Title always goes over and above. On this closing, it’s a Thursday on Christmas weekend and the buyers want to close on Monday. Wendy and her staff jumped into action and got everything worked out for a Monday morning closing. Did I also mention the title company was closing early at 2:30 for their holiday party on that Thursday. They are the best
