Capital title is not your run of the mill title company. They are backed by several attorneys and never take short cuts when it comes to legalities or protecting their clients and following the law to its fullest extent.
In my opinion there are too many title companies out serving the public that are licensed too quickly and without doing a thorough check on their financial capabilities. Do your homework before choosing a title company. I use Capital title for all my deals

Danielle and Wendy are the best. Always available to help and always flexible when the other side throws curve balls. I recently represented the seller. We endured being told there was clear to close by the other side's agent and lender only to have them come back a few days later and say "just kidding". Captial worked to reschedule the close. Additionally, the other title company which had been on every communication for weeks also waited a few days prior to the re-scheduled close to chime in with their "just kidding" to being ready as well stating they found a broken link in the deed chain from some five sellers back well before the current sellers had bought the property. Why they waited weeks to tell everyone Lord only knows. Capital stepped in to do the other title company's job and get answers and clear up the issue. Situations like this always make me appreciate how spoiled I am using Capital Title. Danielle and Wendy are the absolute best. And the closers Helen and Melissa are top notch too. A+ every time.
