I love that you all are always trying to help. I know things have been somewhat different since the switch to Capital Title and there are some things that are out of your control now. Michigan Title is still a benchmark in my opinion, especially when so many fly-by-night title companies are popping up. There aren't many title companies who do it right anymore, so I'm grateful for that.
