I love that you all are always trying to help. I know things have been somewhat different since the switch to Capital Title and there are some things that are out of your control now. Michigan Title is still a benchmark in my opinion, especially when so many fly-by-night title companies are popping up. How many times can I sing the praise of Christina Deena .... One Millions times and more. Without Christina many of my deals would never have closed on time. She is always proactive and has the patience of a saint with many of my extremely demanding clients. When the title company on the other side of the deal is terrible and slow, Christina is always able to make things happen. My closings themselves are seamless because of Deena. She can explain every singled document with ease and is able to take control of the closing when necessary.
