With direct interaction by Rachelle and her team, we were able to minimize the inconvenience to my seller. I appreciate the extra effort everyone put into this transaction.
I recently closed a deal for 9453 Fairview Ave in Williamsburg. This deal had two trusts involved along with a buyer who is a commercial real estate broker and attorney who was not accustomed to real estate customs in northern Michigan.
