We had a split closing and the sellers title company; whether they were short handed or just not detail oriented, made many errors on paper causing a possible delay with our scheduled closing date. When I called Capital I spoke with Jason Hebner and he worked with the other title company along with Chelcie Burns (John Adams) to get everything straightened out. Jason was such a big help to me and we were able to close on time.
Capital did everything needed to insure a timely closing. Giovanni was great and so was the closer, Deanna.

Rachel is always very patient, and the seller had a lot of questions to respond to. In addition, there was an attorney package with some attorney comments that were promptly addressed. Will never use another title company if I have the choice!
