Friendly atmosphere
I like that I can bring my 8 year old and no matter who has him they can read what he has before and listen to any changes. They do an awesome job and my kiddo is super happy.

My initial visits did not meet the expectations floated by the marketing department. After a mutual effort to communicate more clearly, it's been absolutely fantastic! Specifically, I learned I had tunnel vision. There's a difference between not understanding and disliking something. I disliked it because I didn't understand it. Secondly, the team appeared to be buzzing right along with a shared goal. And lastly, I think the quality of the cut and the shampooing is noticably improved.
I went in stylist was polite, I explained what I want and she completed promptly.

The hairstylist is the reason. Rachael is friendly, warm, and makes you feel right at home getting a haircut. A slice of peace in the middle of my day.
