Julie my stylist does a phenomenal job and has been my go to for quite some time. Something is messed up with your online check in system. App was down recently and said there was no stylist info available and to try my request at another time, I rely on being able to book an appointment ahead of time so I can get taken care of over my lunch break. Please get the app fixed or maybe it was only having issues that day I don't know as I obviously don't get my haircut daily but, it was frustrating that I had to wait almost 45 minutes because there were other walk ins who were unable to schedule through the app.

Steph at Sports Clips Bangor Maine is fantastic !! My son is a 37 year old mentally challenged adult. Steph does such a good job with his hair and beard. Everyone there is friendly and courteous. I love the app that tells us how long we wait to see Steph. We can get things done in the area shopping etc and arrive when we are on deck. Again, Steph is wonderful!
