I went in had a very short weight checked in online wasn’t sure how to do it I called Destiny and walked me through it came in got a great woman’s haircut. We had a wonderful experience with our stylist Brooke - she was great, knowledgeable, took her time with my sons incredibly curly hair and really it was one of the best hair cut experiences that he has had so far (at 11 years old), and she recommended products that were very helpful!

Great experience, my daughter is 3 and we had no wait, our stylist was upbeat and friendly. Very affordable and well decorated in a fun baseball theme. We will be back!

You can tell who 1) likes their job, and 2) genuinely cares for customers. Jadah is always friendly, warm, and never insincere. For a Veteran with PTSD and many other issues, this is a rare thing. I believe it's important for ALL service industry people to at least be aware that not everyone who enters through their doors is capable of handling everything others can (i.e. noises, crowds, etc). It is obvious that Jadah exceeds this knowledge and, more importantly, understanding.
I know Sports Clips has a great awareness for Veterans, and I thank you for that and the discount given for services. I hope there is some amount of education given to workers/technicians to help them service those you advocate for.

I like how quick they are usually . This past time we went on a Friday because my kids had no school. It was much less busy I checked in online and it told me when my appointment would be we got there on time and told them we were there and only had to wait a min or 2 . Usually tho we have to come on a Saturday so I check on online then show up at the time of the appointment, when we got there on time the girl doing our haircut was on break which I found odd because the online check in said be there at this time which we were so from the point the online check in told us to be there we were next we told the girl at desk we were in building she said the hairdresser was on break whatever anyway we waited over 45 min . It was like when we showed up in the building the girl at the desk didn't check us in as in building she just told us our hairdresser was on break then when the hairdresser came back from break she took next in like which should have been us which frustrated me . I like the check in online thing but it doesn't actually insure your spot which sucks you might as well wait to be there to check in but I don't wanna wait 45 min with my kids jn a hair salon so I check in online make sure we are there for the exact time we should be so it sucks when we get bumped back I'd rather make an actual appointment for a set time so we can be there at that time and get right in then for a haircut. I thought checking in online would set us an actual time but from. My experience it does not always . I think you should have space for an actual appointment time to set for sure and then you could get right in the chair at the designated time set for your haircut appointment.
Early morning starting has been a great fit for me personally. Ease of your app for setting an appointment. Friendly staff.
