Your in store service is consistently wonderful. My hair and beard trims are likewise. Please stop using the app and let people go back to scheduling appointments, seriously, that app has more bugs than a NYC rehab's detox mattress.

I specifically use one of your stylists as she does a fantastic job of cutting my hair. She seems to be very popular as each time U get my hair cut there is a few to many clients in the line up waiting for her. It can and is frustrating having to wait to get into the lineup for her. I understand it is what it is as you do not have appointment times for the stylists. That said it would be nice if we, the clients, could see ahead of time the stylists that will be available for each day before you open at nine am. This would help me when planning my day.

This is the friendliness crew that I have come across. Lynn and Amber are staples at this store and have become part of the community. They greet each customer with a smile, handshake, and even know everyone's name. Their haircuts are high quality which, in turn, has has built them a solid repeat customer base. I can't say enough good things about this Sports Clips and Lynn and Amber. If you haven't been here, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
