The people. I go to the Bangor Maine location and they are super friendly and have great customer service. I also have curly hair, and they do a great job cutting it. The barber I normally use is Calie, and she does an amazing job and is wicked friendly. The other person who cuts my hair sometimes is Chris, she also does a great job. I've recommended friends who also go their and love it.

Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. It is a comfortable atmosphere. I have recommended 2 of my co-workers here. Affordable and just as good if not better than those overpriced salons. My last haircut was my favorite so far but have been more than pleased with every appointment I have had.
