The equipment and product used works great on my tile floor and especially the grout. The first time I had Zerorez come the man doing it was great and made sure he touched all the grout and got it clearn. I was so happy with the chemicals and the equipment. This last man that came just ran over the tile quickly and was ready to leave. I had to point out to him that he was there to clean the grout. I felt like he was just there to say he came!! I was very disappointed. When I asked him to spend time on the grout and get it cleaned he did.

Service was easy to schedule and to know what price would be prior to coming out no hassle to sale additional items although when the service man came to house, he did ask if i would like the Scotts guard on my rugs at a discount. Service man was friendly polite.

Zerorez did a GREAT job on my carpets! Ben was right on time and came in and got to work. I was concerned that there was no way that all of the "puppy stains" were going to be removed but they were! The carpet cleaning results are usually top notch. The field service folks are courteous and work fast and recommend additional service options and recommended behavior to minimize grinding in dirt into the carpet.

The technician Sal did an exceptional job! My carpet looked brand new. The spots in the carpet that were noticeable with spots all came clean. The customer service, attention to detail and overall cleaning process worked and exceeded my expectation.
I will definitely use this company for the future.
