We always use zerorez they do great! Can you please send the paid invoice again. I am confused about charges , think we pain 23.00 more than agreed on.
Kyle did amazing. He walked me through the roome to show me the worse spots and explained how the product would work to fix those areas. 2 days later and the carpet is great and all stains are gone.

The process made my carpets look new again.
We had a lot of old pee stains from our rescue dog. He treated it, and then did the whole carpets - and the stains are gone!!! It looks like new!!! It was expensive for carpet cleaning, but I’d say worth every penny. No one else has been able to get those stains.
The gentleman that came to clean our carpet was very informative. Explained our options. Explained too if we weren’t completely happy once the carpet was clean if we could still smell, the pet smell to call back, and with the next step would be is to actually go to a level to cleaning I guess. I just felt very well taken care of.
