I have been using ZeroRez, since wife and I moved to the Austin surrounding area, back in 2015. There is no better carpeting cleaning company. Their technology is far above the rest. But I would be remiss, if I didn't mention, John the service representative he was not only professional, but I could feel that he cares about the finished product. Again, outstanding!!

A LOT of stains were removed (especially in the high-traffic areas). Was very pleased with work done.

Everything, the results were amazing. Carpet is 10 years old and never cleaned before. It looks like new carpet and the young man that did the cleaning was everything you would want in an employee. He was pleasant, personable and very good at his job.
