Kyle was an outstanding technician. Although what I was quoted ober the phone was not what I ended up agreeing too, I understood the need to have a deeper cleaning with stain guard was necessary. I just wish that could have been quoted up front. Some people can't go from a $200+ quote to a $700+ quote. That's a ridiculous difference.
