After cleaning, the carpet felt clean - not sticky - and looked like new. Scheduling an appointment was easy. There was some lack of communication in the back office in your back office concerning a change in contact numbers, but the service was re-scheduled and completed quickly.

I like that is does not use soap or detergent on the carpets. I had great customer service from the point I inquired and made the appointment through to having the carpets done by Jason. I will definitely use Zerorez Austin again and recommend them highly.

Liked that product didn't smell. Liked the special scrub brush that pulled up all dust and stuff. The carpet truly feels clean. Liked how Josh showed us all the hidden pet spots. Really liked that he came in with shoe covers and the wall corner protectors. Have never seen the corner protectors before. Great idea. Josh was very professional and very informative about the products and all chemicals. Explained process in easy terms to understand.

Excellent service, the process was explained to me thoroughly and he looked for stains with a black light. Carpet is very clean! Stains are gone!!
