Our service was excellent. Josh went out of his way to tackle what I had pointed out to him. He moved a couple of pieces of furniture to get to this situation. I am pleased and would recommend him to anyone.It was a cold and wet day, but the carpet dried very nicely without A/C.

We were especially impressed with the time Josh took to explain how the Zerorez process works and to educate us about steps we can take to clean and preserve our carpet, tile and granite going forward.
