Seems to be a quick easy process for deep cleaning carpets.
This last technician was especially quick, tho he did not have a very good personality and didn’t check with me on an area that might have stains before he finished the room, I had to ask him to come and check it with me. He didn’t have shoe protectors on. Just no personality.

Friendly service. No games or pressure on other services - just pick your rooms and decide if you want to add srervixes. DEFINITELY using them again and they did a fantastic job. We did have cat ruin issues in some areas and Colby set realistic expectations but still exceeded them.
Kyle was informative and quick. He explained why my tile grout lines were from Fabulosa cleaner. Said it needs to be rinsed after use. I liked that he didn’t pressure me to do extra treatments.
I like the idea of not using soaps. Service was easy to schedule and quick. I didn’t think charging an extra 20 dollars to do a small walk in closet ( floor area 5 x 1.5 feet was appropriate considering in the bedrooms the area being cleaned was less than the allowed square footage due to only the exposed areas ( where there were no furniture) being cleaned.
