My carpet was trashed!! 3 kids, 3 dogs and 10 years of wear & tear. The technician was early and I was still moving furniture around ny myself. He was so kind and offered to help me and then did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet and explaining each step. I can't believe these are the same floors!
