However, I gave you a 10 because Aiden who met me at property was so professional and wonderful to explain the process that he won my heart. I will use you all again but with the request of only using Aiden. He's what saved you! As far as the cleaning, it was wonderful. We highly recommend this company. We've used Zerorez in the past and have come to trust and depend on them to help as I struggle with severe allergies. We appreciate that the products are non-toxic and don't leave residues. We had our carpets and air ducts cleaned by Jordan this week and were so impressed. Jordan was highly knowledgable and professional as well as friendly. We truly enjoyed having him in our home. He was able to solve a problem with excess dust that the air conditioner company missed. While he was here we had our granite counter tops cleaned and sealed and now they sparkle like new. It's very refreshing to work with a company that maintains a truly professional staff and service.

The carpet looks very clean! The tile grout looks much better, but I was hoping for a little more. I had them come with the $118 special. (And I did add 2 rugs) but ended up paying over $400. I felt a little ‘nickel & dimed’ in the end. But overall they did s great job.
