My only complaint would be that after the tile dried there was white residue on the tile. I steam cleaned the tile again with just water assuming it was left over solution. Although that got most of it, it was still there. Can you let me know what is the best way to get that removed from the tile?

He arrived at our home, observed our carpets with us, explained his process, pricing matched the quote I was given at the time I scheduled the appointment, and he did such a thorough job getting our carpets cleaned - including our stairs! This was our second time using Zerorez and we were very pleased. Drying time was just as he said and our carpets feel like new! Thank you Aidan for doing such a great job!!

No came in, and was very thorough with the floor cleaning. He was also extremely nice.
The guys were very personable and paid special attention to the spots we pointed out. I liked that they offered to come back out if some spots "popped" back up after the carpets dried. And when some did, all it took was a quick phone call for them to schedule coming back out!

Zerorez as a company is awesome, even before they clean anything. On time, kind, full of integrity and good character. They do good work on carpet too! We've had them at our church and our home and have been happy in both places. I used to work for a carpet cleaning company - I know first hand the difficulties that come with this job and Zerorez handles them better than anyone I've seen.
