The gentleman that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He also showed up early.
I did have 1 issue,. When I called to schedule my $119 service which was the advertised special, the person on the phone failed to tell me that since I lived in Bastrop, there was a minimum charge of $400 therefore I was very upset that it was going to cost almost 3 times what I was expecting.

No soap residue left in the carpet! The process works well !
