My technician was very helpful and courteous, He cleaned my tile as well as my carpet and upholstery, and went the extra mile to make sure he got all the hard to get areas, he did not cut corners. My kitchen tile went from black to grey, I had no idea it could be cleaned like that. Sort of embarassed how dirty it was! It is sparkling now, will definely have the tile done regularly. I also appreciate the communication and scheduling the guys to be able to arrive on time and letting us know exactly when they will arrive. Very professional. Thanks!
