I had no idea that the home I'm renting also had a pet, I'm so glad the technician advised me of the old urine stains and that he was able to clean and disinfect. I will definitely use them again.

Our carpet looks and feels great even though we had not had it cleaned for several years and have pets. The staff working on the carpet were customer service oriented and cared about us being satisfied with the service. They came back and did one room that we thought still had a lingering odor without any questions and did a great job.
