I really like the interval and hot yoga classes. My only concern is in hot yoga there are just so many people and we're all crammed closely together, it would be great if you could space us out (which I know doesn't drive as much revenue having smaller classes).

Riley was great! Everyone was so welcoming and made sure I knew the basics as a first timer. The class was challenging in the best way and the music was on par.
The results and training style - it's intense exercises but not in loud/stressful environment
I was nervous going in because I lack a lot of overall body strength. The class leader had the perfect balance of pushing me and recognizing moments where I was trying and physically could not complete the move. He was really motivating and I’m excited to go back. Overall, the studio was so welcoming.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Studio was very clean. Danny was supportive of me being my first time and Offered some alternative options
