Friendly instructor (Veronika) very helpful for a first time Pilates student
Instructor was great. Clear explanation. Loved that the format was similar to the Lagree classes that I take in NY so that I could jump right in.
My one constructive feedback item is that in my studio, we have a cardio push at the end is every class. Not sure if just this instructor didn’t do it or if it isn’t part of this studio’s method but I think it is a great way to end class.

Leah was so kind, thorough and inclusive to all people. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. We don’t live in town, but if we did, we would for sure go back! Thank you all so much!

Awesome class. Instructor was energetic, super helpful and encouraging. This was my first time at this studio and the instructor walked me through a tutorial of the machine before class. Will definitely attend this studio when I'm back in town!
