It was my first time taking a Lagree class, and Danny was so helpful in explaining the class and machine. He made me feel at ease. His class was fun and challenging, exactly what you want in a workout.
Studio staff is helpful and the instructors all work to make everyone feel included in the class - whether you’re a beginner or an expert. The class is hard but modifications make it feel like it’s attainable - and you know you’re getting an amazing workout without putting too much stress on any joints.

Overall it was a great experience. Helpful with modifications and I'll take the fact that I can barely walk today (in a good way) as a sign that the workout was exactly what I needed. Can't wait to return!

The classes are super tough in the best way! I'm new to pilates and I appreciate that the instructors don't make you feel dumb if you mess up a transition or need to correct your form. I also appreciate that the music isn't insanely loud and they aren't yelling in your face like some of the workout classes out there. Nice, clean studio. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff and very clean studio! The instructor was very nice and had very clear instructions while she taught the class. She demoed all the moves so I felt comfortable during my first class. It was very challenging but the music selection and class setting helped me get through it! I will definitely be back!

Love Studio Lagree! if you want a half @$$ workout, this is not the place for you. You're here to make progress, get better, feel better, and be stronger. My physical therapist kept giving me pilates movements, so I started going here and now go weekly to relieve shoulders, knees, and back pains. Since I started coming here regularly, my pains have become much more manageable. I love the instructors who care about every individual. Thank you for all the work you do!
I really like Melissa’s style of teaching. I respond well to her fun, funny, and experienced approach. Frankly, in four months I’ve only had one teacher that I wasn’t ecstatic about but even then, she lead us through a great workout—just hurried.
I love the classes! I recommend all my friends to try it. It’s definitely so hard in the beginning but so much personal satisfaction after taking numerous classes and noticing how much better I’m getting. Thank you!! Also love that the music is not blasting in my ears and I can actually hear the instructor. I’ve taken classes at other studios and it was so fast paced and loud, it caused me more stress and wasn’t enjoyable at all.
