The Grant studio is beautiful and historic in a way now. I had never been there and the class I took was great. HPF with Reese is a way to relax and focus on specific form while taking breath work to a whole new side.

This was my first time in a Core Power Yoga class with very minimal yoga experience. I thought the instruction was superb. The mix of weights, cardio, and yoga was the challenging and exhausting but in a positive way. Enjoyed the entire experience very much.

Easy access! Very welcoming! Michael was very energetic and motivating, empowering us to do our best and push ourselves outside of our comfort zone.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable when attending my first class. I was there over the lunch hour and took Maggie’s class which was fantastic! Afterwards she gave me a great recommendation on where to grab some lunch since I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area.

Studio was really clean and welcoming. I liked the layout.

The quality of the instructor was amazing. Reese taught me soooo much!

I’m surprised that it wasn’t that humid. The space is really large so I assume that has something to do with it. I typically practice at LoHi and the classes are packed - instructors typically crank the humidifier so that you can actually see the steam and the mirrors will fog up.

I love that level of humidity but I completely understand it may not be possible at the grant location.

The yoga guides are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and the classes are exceptional. Additionally, guides like Kyle and Elias are kind, thoughtful people. If you get a chance to attend one of their classes, take it.
