I like the vibe of this ‘original’ Denver CorePower location… and the thoughtful instructors. Unless there’s some sort of big special event going on in the area, I never have an issue with parking or getting in and out at this location. It’s one of my top 3 favorite CP studios to practice at in Denver.

I love the instructors. We keep coming back regularly for Elias and Lisa. I also like how roomy Grant’s women’s locker room is. I wish the showers would get warm quicker 🤣 but other than that I think the locker room is a lot nicer than a lot of other core powers I’ve been to.

Lizzie is an excellent instructor! She connects with the entire class and her style is so motivating! She pushed us to our best effort while offering easier options and encouraging individual style.
I was able to do the class at my level and truly enjoyed it!
