I loved the flow and the instructor and the intensity of the heat was amazing. Sadly I can’t remember her name but her flow and cues were excellent and interesting and challenging and fun all at once. And I loved how high the heat and humidity was. So good!!

Marta is amazing and creates an incredible experience. She really brings you back to breath and meditation through movement.
No one had cell phones in the class and everyone stayed till the end.
It was a fantastic experience!

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

I love the instructors, the flows, the hot room and the overall vibe/experience at CorePower. I've been an on-and-off Black tag member for a little over 10 years now! My favorite class is currently the 7:30 am C2 at the Grant studio in Denver. The sun shining through the upstairs studio is what makes my day. I walk out feeling refreshed, calmed, stronger and ready to take on the day.
