On the 1st visit this fall, Marlon gave us the opportunity to tour the lot on our own & check out all campers. We found the floor plan we liked elsewhere, but we’ve bought our last 3 campers at Four Seasons & it is our preferred dealership. We talked to Marlon who said they had the camper we wanted on order & made sure to let us know if the changes between the 2018 we looked at & the 2019 we bought sight unseen.

Garth, our service guy and his department have been great. A little dissappointed however in th quality of the trailer's build itself. This isn't really a reflection of the dealership, it is the manufacturer, however when you are buying new you have a certain expectation of quality. Will probably look at a higher end product next time ' Jayco' perhaps. Will see in the spring of 2019 if the 12+ issues we found this spring on ours are fixed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The size of the operation and capacity for service was impressive. Well stocked store. I never felt like I was being ignored. Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Steve was actually listening to us when we spoke.

If they cannot perform the task they send me to those who can so I can get back on the road ASAP.

Your warranty. Your service, you come out where the camper is, we don’t have to drive our camper in to Virden anytime something is wrong or needs fixing.
If it wasn't for your Road Service,, As long as you send someone that knows what they are doing. Somewhat disappointed with your products as we have had many issues with our Brand New 2015 Cougar, went to a 2018 Reflection and are having issues with it as well .

Our experience wth Four Seasons was very accommodating, friendly, informative, fast, respectful, and welcoming. It’s very true that when they say that when you do business with them you become part of their four season family. Everyone that we had contact with greeted us with a smile and made sure they stayed connected with us while our approval was being processed. We were given options for payments and extra’s we wanted for our fifth wheel. Once our purchase was completed we were reassured that when our fifth wheel is driven off the lot our relationship with four seasons wouldn’t end there but our support would continue long after we were at our seasonal site enjoying our new purchase. We were told that any issues we may have going forward that four seasons would like to not only be notified about the problem but also be part of the solution and that meant the world to us.
