I like our trailer, the layout, but there have been a few flaws that we fixed ourselves.

We have bought three 5ft wheel trailers from Four Seasons, all Cougar models and we enjoyed everyone. Service is the best you will find and staff very willing to answer and satisfy all questions. They strive to make your experience at their business as enjoyable as possible. For the size of this business being one of the largest in Canada there is no doubt why they are so successful and have customers returning to purchase new products.

The service we received at Virden RV, when we purchased our 2018 Jayco Hybrid FeatherLite Trailer, was exceptional on the part of the Sales & Finance Depts and the Parts Dept! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were totally satisfied with our purchase.
We love the interior layout of our trailer, which is only 16ft, and it comes with a full bathroom with shower! You wouldn’t think you could get a full bathroom in a short trailer, but this bathroom was more than we ever expected. And, it sleeps 5 comfortably.

We were really impressed with the whole operation. Marlon Lestrat was quick to reply when my wife had questions about trailers we saw online.
He was excellent at getting to know what we were looking for and finding models that matched those wants. He didn’t waste our time showing us trailers out of our price range or preferences.
Terri Lynn in finance was very pleasant and I would say loves her job.
Garth in service was excellent too as was Leonard who did the demo of the trailer.

We have purchased 3 fifth wheel trailers from 4 Seasons over a number of years. We have also stored our trailer at 4 Seasobs for the winter months and during this winter storage time the service department resolved issues we may have had during the camping season. When and if we have a problem any problem we call the office or the emergency help line and within a few hours difficulties are resolved.
We strongly recommend 4 Seasons both as a retail seller of trailers and as a business that stands behind their sales and service. Thank you 4 Seasons.
