We purchased our first trailer in November, it was used but is new to us, very happy with it. Had to call Road Services on the May long weekend because we have a water leak in the bathroom. They were very prompt and had the problem fixed in no time. Great customer service, tech was very friendly.

I bought a 2013 used jayflight camper, the process was easy and the communication was the best, after I brought the camper home and hooked it up to power there was a problem with the inverter. They sent someone out to fix it right away!! 10 out of 10 service!!

They put us in the trailer we wanted. Didn't try to show us another trailer. Daryl who delivered the trailer was extremely helpful. Walked us through the trailer. Noticed that the power cord was not in the trailer. He arranged for delivery of the cord within the day. Daryl also noticed that we didn't have the jack crank, he gave us the one he had on his truck. When they dewinterized it, the plug wasn't in. Ty was our salesman. He took the time to send us a video walk through. He was also on top of all our requests. Very pleasant to work with. Have already recommended four seasons to friends. A good friend just purchased his trailer from four seasons in Winnipeg.

Four seasons was able to find the specific unit we were looking for and had it delivered directly to our rv site. The driver made sure it was set up exactly where we wanted it and stayed to make sure there were no issues with anything. The sales department is always very accommodating and professional. The service department is unbeatable. If we’ve had any issues they have made sure we were looked after. Any time we’ve had an issue, they sent a roadside assistance tech out quickly, sometimes the same day!
