FOR THE MOST PART WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR 2026 CEDAR CREEK COTTAGE DESTINATION TRAILER. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT THAT THRILLED WITH THE ON DEMAND TANKLESS WATER HEATER. FOR THE FEW ISSUES WE HAVE HAD, WE FOUHD THE STAFF AT FOUR SEASONS TO BE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND EFFECIENT.
The service is awsome, from the parts department to the service techs. The advice you need for your questions regarding your problem you have Re: Your Camper, to the solid support you get from the service techs who are on the road 24/7 .
The service department is usually very quick to answer questions and provide help.
Your on road service is second to none, the best service department in RV .

We bought our first trailer from you in 2003 and our second trailer in 2016. Any time that we had a small issue, there van was there to fix the problem right away! Four Seasons was so accommodating.

I like that if we have a problem or need repairs you always answer any questions we have, try to help even over the phone, and if we need a technician to come to us it usually is within a week or 2. Sometimes sooner.

We bought a new Jayco trailer last fall. There were a few small things that needed to be fixed. The at home service was very good. Very convenient not to have to take the trailer to the dealer.
The 3 year Jayco warranty makes us feel secure with our purchase.
