Customer Testimonials
We had a few issues with our new 5th wheel however I must commend the fashion in which they corrected the problems without any tears and for that reason I will and have recommended Four Seasons to other buyers!
Sales were great,
Love the roadside service!!
Very satisfied with my new trailer and really liked the entire experience
Exceptional customer service experience😀
There are a large variety of products available to repair or upgrade trailers or just to properly maintain the trailer.
The assistance from the service department with hooking up, and explanation/ instruction of RV unit while the sales were busy(?). The man made sure we knew what was happening and gave the complimentary jacket to my husband. He surely went above and beyond.

Efficient and friendly
Top notch service. Awesome prices. You guys are worth the 12hr drive to Virden.
I found the particular make and model of an RV we were searching for. The one coming into Virden happened to be a used 2019. It had not come on the lot yet and there was some trust involved in the condition of the unit as there were no pictures, and the dealer had not made an inspection. I dealt with Robert Berry. We chatted on many occasions as we waited for the unit to come in. When it did come in he assured me it was in good condition, which he could have said like new, and his description would have been accurate.
Robert is a good person, and a good salesperson. He was very understanding of our wants and needs, and was flexible in our discussions. We had looked at one other unit, that we quickly dismissed. I/we have owned 4 different campers over the years, each purchased with certain specific features so I would rate myself as knowing campers and what to look for.
If your a first time buyer do your research, everyone should do their research, but for the first timers you want the camper to come close to your needs, and you likely don't know your needs until you have tried a few campers. Rent before you buy may be a very good option. For sure Robert, and other staff we met at Virden have the background to guide you through the process. They are a high volume business and rely heavily on word of mouth and referrals, so customer service shows.
We drove out to look at the unit we were interested in, 3 hours, and no disappointment and only positive surprises. We are just starting the process of setting it up for our use, and are hopeful it will meet our expectations. This camper trailer was to be light and easy to tow, and yet have the comforts we wanted. Top end was 5000 pounds dry, and 600 pounds at the hitch. I have a Ram Hemi and have pulled our other camper, over 7000 pounds and over 800 pounds at the hitch. I have both air bags and equalizer hitch. I have no problem suggesting both even to tow a lighter unit. I was able to tune the equalizer and air bags to give a very comfortable tow. Even one link makes a noticeable difference, and I added 20 pounds of air to level the headlights. Brakes were set so it felt the same as not having the trailer behind, in fact it pulled so easy, I had to remind myself, I was still towing a trailer. Watching the fuel economy would reinforce the towing a trailer fact.
Thanks FourSeasonsRV for all your help.
Like the campers and the sales and service is great. And the emergency road service is nice.
I had an issue with the slide out on my brand new trailer, the gears sounded stripped.
The service man and tech guy were amazing. They were very willing to help with the issue even though I bought the trailer on another province.
I highly recommend Four Seasons for seevice issues!

Good product, responsive to problems.
