From start to finish was the best . Little disapointed was told there would be a water regulator in the camper for city water and there isnt so now gotta make an hour and half trip to pick ond up

First of all Four Seasons RV is a very classy dealership to deal with. In Virden Manitoba the service from the staff was very friendly, professional, polite, kind & courteous. First in the sales department Darrell Mason is exceptional, he ordered our Grand Design Reflection 303rls with the options that suited us the best, and gave us an awesome price. It arrived in a timely manner. The ladies in the finance department Danielle, Kala & Ashley so polite, they are amazing! Garth in service with his team, having this fifth wheel ready as planned for pick up. Gerald for the full walk through, thanks a lot, fellow retired firefighter. The product, a destination trailer has exceeded our expectations. Jayco certainly is a quality RV.
The unit is a previously owned one but could truly pass as new and many of the compliments we have received really believe it to be brand new..

I like the fact that when we have had issues with or TT you were quick to respond and all the service people are a pleasure to deal with.

We like that you are first and foremost an RV dealer. You make sure that the customer knows everything he needs to know about their purchase. The fact that they will come to your location for repairs is also very helpful. One thing that we would like to suggest is to make sure the RV tanks are empty before leaving the lot. When we drove our new RV home, we were experiencing a lot of trailer sway. Once we got home, we discovered that the rear grey tank had a fair amount of water in it. After emptying the tank, the trailer sway was gone. Overall, we are very pleased with both the dealership, and product.
